it's probably been over a year and a half since i posted. but since i do this for myself, it doesn't really matter when i post. soooo imma post this little tid bit

1. Grab the nearest book.
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fourth sentence.
4. Post the text of the sentence in your journal along with these instructions.
5. Don't search around and look for the "coolest" book you can find. Do what's actually next to you.

"that means Luke's been back to the apartment since the attack." city of bones.

since i haven't even started reading the book that does intrigue the mind a wee bit. but i shall start it soon and will probably never put it down. I have recently developed, well not so much recent just in the last year or so, an obsession for books. I have to go to Borders at least once a week. I look at the same books over and over again debating how good the book will actually be. I can never wait for paperback, it always comes around and bites me in the ass because within the next month it always comes out on paperback. I buy books on a whim, and then sometimes later regret it. I can never read just ONE book. I have to read several at once. Although this doesn't always work out to my benefit because then I just have MORE books I have to finish to read plus the new ones I had purchased. If I start to read a book, I have to read it everyday otherwise, if I put the book down it will take me forever to read it because I will start a new book and put all my time into it. I work two jobs and when I'm into a book it takes it toll on my body because I don't sleep too often. My cousin is probably the only one who can understand the extent of my obsession since she is equally obsessed. Although, she has more will power at a book store and not buy things. I always seem to buy a ton of book marks. which is just really a waste of money but in my case necessary due to the fact that I read too many books at once. The reason I am writing about my obsession is basically just to be writing, I haven't wrote anything in a while. I like to write, I started writing a story and just can't seem to finish it. Although, there is a reason for that, that is that my laptop doesn't work properly so I can't just sit on my computer and type away. And that concludes my rant. RYAN HAYES FINISH READING YOUR BOOKS BEFORE YOU START ANOTHER PLEASE?!?!? (i will completely disregard this comment in about 5 minutes when I start reading City of Bones)
